The funds raised from our 4th Annual (2016) Hunt For A Cure - CJD 5K Walk/Run - In Memory of Jon Fansler were awarded to Dr. Charles E. Mays from the University of Texas-Houston and his study: “Design and Development of Anti-Prions as a Novel Therapeutic Strategy for Prion Disease”  Below is the letter we received from the CJD Foundation which outline the usage of funds to continue research related to this life-ending disease.       

 

 


 

    The funds we raised from our 3rd Annual (2015) Hunt For A Cure - CJD 5K Walk/Run - In Memory of Jon Fansler were awarded to Dr. Byron Caughey.   Below is the letter we received from the CJD Foundation which outline the usage of funds to continue research related to this life-ending disease.

 

 


 

    The funds we raised from our 1st and 2nd Annual (2013/2014) Hunt For A Cure - CJD 5K Walk/Run - In Memory of Jon Fansler were awarded to Dr. Emiliano Biasini and Dr. Wen-Quan Zou.   Below is the letter we received from the CJD Foundation, as well as recognition from both Doctors which outline the usage of funds to continue research related to this life-ending disease.
